Booking Policies

✔ Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability (additional charges may apply).

✔ Payment & Guarantee

  • A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

  • Full payment may be required at check-in unless booked through a pre-paid channel.

  • Group bookings (3 or more rooms) may require a 50% deposit in advance.

✔ Children & Extra Guests

  • Children under 6 years old stay free when using existing beds.

  • Extra beds or cribs may be available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Maximum occupancy per room must be respected for safety and comfort.


Cancellation Policies

✔ Standard Reservations

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge of one night’s stay.

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

✔ Non-Refundable Rates

  • Bookings made under a non-refundable rate cannot be modified or canceled.

  • The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.

✔ Group or Holiday Bookings

  • For group stays or reservations during peak seasons (e.g., Semana Santa, Christmas, New Year’s), cancellations must be made 7 days in advance to avoid penalties.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of deposit or a charge of the full stay.
